Emphasizes the urgency that the pope and bishops consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, without which "the world will be doomed." All latter-day apostles are placed under obligation to besiege the hierarchy with this request. Points out how the lack of prayer among the clergy is scattering the flock and bringing punishments upon the earth, including "a great earthquake in the Los Angeles area, and also New York." Jesus expresses his outright disapproval and indignation that the Brooklyn bishop allowed a Lutheran group to perform a service inside St. Agnes Cathedral, and commissions Veronica to write to the bishop about his mistake. Our Lady also reported there were over 10,000 satanic cults in America and Canada at that time.
Jesus and Mary speak to the world through Veronica of the Cross
From 1970 to 1995, Jesus and Mary would speak through their servant, Veronica of the Cross. Veronica would be in a state of ecstasy in which she would see and describe the Blessed Virgin and Her Divine Son. At Their direction she would repeat out loud the message They would give her while her voice was being recorded. Nothing was missed. What you hear is Veronica's voice but it is Heaven speaking through her.
